Our Interaction with the World
This is 242 Ministries, currently the only ministry of 242 Ministries HSV, Inc. 242
ministries is a 501 (C)(3) corporation. Our Nonprofit EIN is 92-1383468. Our
campus is located at 103 Ponferrada Way in Hot Springs Village AR 71909.
Our Purpose / Mission
The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to teach and
preach the gospel to all people; to conduct evangelistic activities; to licenses and
ordain ministers of the gospel; to provide religious, charitable and humanitarian
services and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient
for the accomplishment of that purpose, or which are incidental thereto or
connected therewith which are consistent with Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal
Revenue code. Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious,
educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of
distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501 (C)(3)
of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal
tax code.
How we are achieving our Purpose / Mission.
• Teach and preach the gospel
o Currently we teach the gospel through our sermons, life groups,
men’s, women’s, couples and children’s ministries.

• Charitable Actions
o Currently 10% of all our tithes go into our mission fund. That fund is
used to support:
 Support of our educators at local schools
 Support our first responders
 Support schools and hospitals in Haiti, Thailand and
Bangladesh.
 Feed and provide support to the widows and shut-ins in our
community
• Humanitarian efforts

o We have had teams go to work in hurricane disaster area by doing
repair work as well as distributing supplies.
o We have had health care workers go to Haiti and teach newer
techniques to Haitian health care providers. And distribute medical
supplies and clothing to the underprivileged.

• Evangelistic Activities
o Currently heavily involved with our local county jail ministry.
o Programs to local Nursing homes and Assisted living centers.
o Participation in community outreach in cooperation with other
churches in our area.
